Miah requested pasghetti (not a typo) and chicken for her birthday dinner, so I made Chicken Parmesan. It is unusual for any of my kids to ask to eat at home, but this is what she wanted... along with a pink and purple, vanilla cake, which made it super hard for me to justify a Lion Guard Theme, but whatever...
It was a very "unicorny" day, and that's just the way Miah likes it...
